Regretfully we wish to inform you that sadly member and well know angler Paul McNeill “Yorkie” has recently passed away.
Paul was a regular Leven angler and was well known on the River, he also fished the estuary as well as the River Endrick and often fished with many other of the local anglers. Paul was in hospital and passed away after a short illness. In keeping with his enthusiasm and passion for fishing he had recently advised that he wasn’t well but hoped to renew his membership when he got out of hospital, that was typical of the man. Our thoughts and those of all of our members go to his wife Christine and the McNeill family at this difficult and sad time.
